Okin JLDQ.19365.40F01 Actuator Motor for Recliner Chair/ Sofa. Perfect working order as tested on 8 Dec. please note that this has been sold without the cleavis which is the bit at the thin end of the more that's cruising to hold the pin. I am assuming that if your motor has broken your clevis will be okay and therefore you'll be a screw it out of yours and for it into my when it arrives. If only your clevis has broken then look at my other listings and just buy that replacement clevis. Please make sure that the part number matches the one you were looking to replace.
